-Only 100% Valrhona cocoa are used for all our chocolate cakes.

-We only use Philadelphia cream cheese for all our cheesecakes, because is tastes best.

-We only bake fresh, so all cakes are baked no longer than 24hours before.

3 layers of moist, old-fashioned valrhona chocolate cake, sandwiched between satiny chocolate cream; and if that's not enough, we drench it in another layer of dark chocolate ganache glaze.
